Probably last update for 0.08x series with Gecko1.8.x

It's a big step from K-MeleonCCF ME 0.085 since most of functions of K-MeleonCCF ME 0.09 are added into this version. Since some users feel on older machines, 0.09 runs more resources, you can probably try this one now.

Finally K-MeleonCCF ME 0.09 final is here, let me first have a brief review of K-MeleonCCF ME 0.09.

K-MeleonCCF ME 0.08 was release at Apr. 10, 2008. During the release of K-MeleonCCF ME 0.08x time, K-MeleonCCF has a big boost of users.

This first K-MeleonCCF ME 0.09 Beta (Beta 0) was then first released at Apr. 15, 2008. After that, K-MeleonCCF ME 0.09 has been thru several major bugs. With a lot of effort put in solving those bugs and some other improvements, the final version of K-MeleonCCF ME 0.09 is here now.

The major changes from ME 0.08 include:

* Gecko 1.9.1 engine
The rendering engine is faster than Gecko 1.8.x, and the new javascript engine Treacemonkey gives a huge boost for javascript performance

* New K-Meleon Core
A lot of bug fixes. Please check with K-Meleon 1.5.2 bug fix list.

* Better super drag and go
Not only the drag and drop works with links, but also you can drag and drop text url and quick search with drag and drop.

* New searchbar ext plugin
With this new searchbar ext plugin, you can drag any text directly into searchbar to open the search window, also supports paste and go function and it can save all search history. It also has a nice GUI config dialog.

* Adblock plus for K-MeleonCCF ME extension included
Much better block ad facility and better performance

* Updated mouse gestures plugin
It now supports showing gestures track function

* Better back/forward cache performance
Using some tweak in Gecko engine which improved back/forward cache performance in K-MeleonCCF ME

* Better tab browsing
ME 0.09 can show close button on every tab and can put tab bar at the bottom of the window

* More configuration items
There are more configuration items in preference panel including proxy autoconfiguration, prefetch function, default encoding and much more...

K-MeleonCCF ME 0.09 RC3 pre

RC3 is going to be the last RC version of K-MeleonCCF ME 0.09 and the final version is coming after that.

Adblock plus for K-MeleonCCF ME is included from this version.( It has no subscriptions or object tabbing but any existing AdblockPlus pattern file can be used.) The advantage of this adblockplus has over previous Adblock in CCF, is that it's faster, doesn't use CSS and saves bandwidth.

The previous adblock in CCF will be provided as a seperate plugin later. Now adblock plus is the default adblock utility in K-MeleonCCF ME.

This RC3 pre version is only for testing purpose of adblock plus and the updated searchbar ext plugin.
